Shivam Jha, frontend developer and product designer: look back.
I design and build sites that sell.
Co-founder of Sqaron Technologies. With Saksham Srivastava I built OSHT – Agro Trading and co-founded Clonix, and I built NexeraAI, designing and coding what people touch myself, with no hand-offs.

01About
I co-founded Sqaron Technologies with Saksham Srivastava. He builds what keeps things running; I build what people touch, from the first sketch to the store listing.
I built OSHT – Agro Trading with Saksham. My part is what people use: the Android and iOS app brokers use in the field, the screens of the web console the office lives in, Hindi-first design, and voice so a quantity can be spoken instead of typed. His is the backend underneath: servers, APIs, database, accounting books and automation.

02What I make
Things people actually use.
Six kinds of work, one standard: it has to load fast, read clearly and earn every bit of movement on the screen.
Websites that sell
Landing pages and sites built to turn visitors into enquiries, not just to look good.
Motion with a reason
Movement that guides the eye and explains what changed. Never decoration for its own sake.
Mobile apps
Android and iOS from one codebase, in the stores.
AI products
Agents, RAG and prompts that hold up in real use.
Product design
From the first sketch to the store listing.
Fast on cheap phones
Light pages, Hindi-first screens, voice when typing is hard.
03Selected work
Shipped, not just shown.
Three products I designed and built, live today. The cards swap on their own; drag one, or click it to use the real thing right here.

OSHT – Agro Trading
A grain trader's whole business, in his voice.
Brokers and suppliers speak an order in Hindi or English and it becomes a purchase order. Every lorry, paper and payment is tracked from loading to delivery, with a web console for the office.

04Live
Don't trust screenshots.
These are the real sites, running inside the frames at their true desktop and phone widths. Pick one; open it full size to use it.
TBJ Properties · Find your place in the skyline.
05Screens
Every screen, one spin.
Drag sideways to spin it, use the arrow keys, or click a screen to open that site.
06Index
Everything, at a glance.
Each row opens that live site right here; hold ⌘ or Ctrl to open it in a new tab instead.
07Process
How a project moves.
Five steps, the same every time, so you always know what happens next and when.
01 · Listen
Who is it for?
A short call about the people who will use it and what they need to get done. Then a written plan and a fixed price.
02 · Sketch
Flows before pixels.
Wireframes for the paths that matter, then the look: type, colour and the way things move.
03 · Build
Real code, early.
Next.js on the web, React Native in the stores. Typed, accessible and quick on a 3G connection.
04 · Polish
The motion pass.
Every transition has to earn its place: it shows where something came from or what to look at next.
05 · Ship
Launch, then listen again.
Out to the stores and the web, then watching how people really use it and making it better.
08Motion lab
Every move is a decision.
The curve behind most of the movement on this page. Drag the handles, or focus one and use the arrow keys, and copy the CSS when you like it.
